Sorry I haven't uploaded here in a while. As some of you know, I'm a senior now (yay! ) which means that I literally have no life what so ever.
However, I am going to start actually doing the comics soon. I've most of them planned out, sketched and all - just want to make them look as good as possible, even if it is experimental. ;)
I'll try and post more after finals week, which ends this week - and update ya'll on some progress. |

Just a lil' test in color
I haven't really had time to work on solving everything yet that I'dlike to... but! I was able to shoot out this experimental panel.
I'd still like to use a limited color palate, but not sure how to work it out exactly. Until then, there will be panels like this when I have the chance.

About the two months, holding off on doing anything promise to myself.
I'm working on a quick comic, something really simple and experimental. I'm going to try and do most of my comics with out words, as I think visuals that are well planned carry a story a lot further with out the words. If I do use words, I plan on limiting them as much as possible, and I'll try and take a Perry approach and not reveal too much visually or verbally, but let the mind connect the dots and concoct its own humor.
As for the character design, I'm keeping a majority of it as simple as possible. I'm still fooling around on some minor things with the style. Certain things aspects with the face, such as eyes with white in them or just the simple dots evoke their own unique look and emotion, but to be honest, I can't deciiiiiide.
Anyways, I'm doing this just because I'm in the mood to do so, and I needed a break from real work. Real work is a bummer sometimes. ;-;

Hiiiii people!
Just fodder until the comic starts, which wont be until another two months more than likely, I have a ton of freelance work I have to finish before I can even begin to start on this. But it will be happening soooooon.
The comic's rather experimental in layout, function, and taste - so hopefully you'll find something new and enjoyable. :)
While I'm vacant - be sure to check out some art for something to tide you over.
